This Privacy Policy describes how International Asset Management Financial Group LLC, operating under the IAM Finance Group brand (“IAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information associated with this website, online financing inquiries, and communications made by email or phone.
Information we receive

Business age, estimated annual revenue, and some financing-specific questions are optional and help us evaluate the type of financing sources that might be relevant.
How the website inquiry form works
When you submit the website financing inquiry, the responses are collected through Tally Forms (our online form provider) and transmitted through an integration to the Website Inquiries database in IAM Finance Group’s private Notion workspace (our inquiry-management system). Both Tally and Notion process and store information needed to provide those services. IAM reviews inquiries before converting them into client and financing-opportunity records. Submitting the form is not a loan application, does not guarantee financing, and does not automatically transmit your information to lenders. You can instead contact us using the email address or phone number shown on our Contact page.
Technical information
Our hosting and security providers, as well as Tally when you use the embedded inquiry form, may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver, protect, maintain, and prevent abuse of these services.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance, including page views and referring websites. This analytics service does not use cookies, local storage, or browser fingerprinting. IAM does not use advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this website. The hosting platform may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to provide security, access control, and core site functionality.
The embedded inquiry form is provided by Tally, which may process technical and usage information to operate and protect its service. See Tally’s privacy notice and Notion’s privacy policy for details about these providers.
How information is used
We may use information you provide to respond to inquiries, understand a potential financing need, classify preliminary request size and type, communicate about requested services, coordinate with relevant professional or financing relationships, maintain business records, protect against misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account details or credentials, complete financial statements, or other highly sensitive documents through the initial website inquiry.
Retention and security
Inquiry submissions may be retained both in Tally and in our Notion workspace. We retain inquiry and business information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was received, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the relationship and the systems involved.
IAM uses reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may choose not to submit the website form and instead contact us by email or telephone. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. To make a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. IAM does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website.
